CNC cutting – single-purpose machines – with these machines all the following operations can be performed in one setting: drilling, reaming, threading and milling. Simultaneously, it is possible to check for the presence of drilled holes or to check the integrity of cutting tools.

Melting

For melting we use two medium frequency induction furnaces by the Turkish company EGES with the capacity of 4 t. Material is charged by the vibrating carriage which is shared by both furnaces. Casting weight is 0,5 - 20 kg.

Cast iron

Grey cast iron – its manufacturing and sale are among the most important activities of our company. We manufacture gray and ductile cast iron parts. The weigh of the castings falls in the interval 0,5 - 20 kg.

Ductile cast iron

Foundry plants

Our company has two foundry plants: The cast iron foundry produces castings form ductile and grey cast iron. The pressure die cast foundry is focused on more complicated die castings from aluminium and zinc alloys including their surface finish and, in some case, machine cutting/sizing.
