Resistance welded SP bar screens

Resistance welded SP MEA bar screens are made by fusing non-bearing bars from twisted wire in bearing bars. The fuse-in is made by electric current and under high pressure at the same time. Each SP screen joint is welded, which makes the structure strong. The production is automated.

Bar steel gratings pressed

MEA pressed bar steel gratings are made of supporting bars laid in parallel next to each other, crossing with the filled bars. They are fastened together under the high pressure. Fill-in bars are impressed into the pre-made cuttings in the supporting bars and so the rigid structure is made.
