Our company steel s.r.o. performs the method called cladding, which consists in welding on a superalloy, Inconel alloy 625. Cladding provides high protection of base material against various effects and its life is at least 10 years.

Powder coating of metals

Powder coating of metals takes place on a combined continuous line. Its main task is phosphate pretreatment. Maximum dimensions of parts are 3500x2200x2000, the maximum weight of a coated part is up to 600 kg.

CNC cylindrical grinding

TM ELITEX performs CNC cylindrical grinding on CNC universal rotary grinder STUDER S33. The rotary grinder has a maximum distance between centres of 1,000 mm. In CNC cylindrical grinding we can achieve a maximum workpiece diameter of 350 mm.
