Melting

For melting we use two medium frequency induction furnaces by the Turkish company EGES with the capacity of 4 t. Material is charged by the vibrating carriage which is shared by both furnaces. Casting weight is 0,5 - 20 kg.

Foundry plants

Our company has two foundry plants: The cast iron foundry produces castings form ductile and grey cast iron. The pressure die cast foundry is focused on more complicated die castings from aluminium and zinc alloys including their surface finish and, in some case, machine cutting/sizing.

Our company manufactures grey cast iron parts, which are used in various branches of industry. Grey iron castings stand out for their high quality. We export two thirds of our castings mostly to Italy and Germany.

Castings

We are engaged in manufacturing and sale of gray and ductile cast iron parts and making of patterns for our own use. We continue in the more than one hundred years' tradition of grey iron casting in Ceske Budejovice, iron was cast in the premises of the plant as early as in 1899.

Stainless steel tubes

Longitudinally welded stainless steel tubes and profiles of carbon steel, stainless steel and titanium with a diameter of 8-220 mm. The surface of tubes can be notched. Stainless steel tubes are tested, equipped with the quality identification of materials, certificates, DIN, etc. at request.
